In turn-of-the-century St. Louis, the wealthy Smith family's second eldest daughter Esther falls in love with the boy next door, but learns that her family plans to relocate to New York City after Christmas.
Six pages, saddle stitched, 9.5 x 12 inches. Very Good, lightly toned and soiled, with a square cut from the third and last leaves.
