    NOTE: On card stock; Slade's Spices was established in 1837 in a joint effort between the Slade brothers and their father. From 1850 to the mid-1900s, Slade became the major spice manufacturer in New England. In 1918, the Slade organization bought Bell's Seasonings. It is all that remains of the legacy, as Slade was sold in the 1970s....but Bell Seasonings remains.
    PLEASE NOTE that the blue background is showing up as a much brighter blue than it really is; it is much closer to a robin's egg blue.
