Presented new debut fresh for FRESH SUMMER home and garden patio decor and Colonial Encampment is our wonderful preowned metal and glass sided Yellow Painted Lantern, whatever you wish to use it for, when it is time to brighten a dark path. Please view pictures at all angles above. Later darkness coming with ghostly breezes calls for a cheerful lantern to get you on your way. It looks wonderful on a porch with flowers and statues too!
The lovely well cared for, looks as if never used, as no wax build up or black smoke grime--Lantern is extremely clean. The top has a raised air vent to let heat out. The sturdy wire handle toggles any way and is moveable. Bottom socle will hold one modern sized Votive Pan candle, or a 1.5" fat taper candle. There is all glass on the sides it is simply made as a colonial inspired camping carry lantern with upper large carry handle, say, to get you to the privy quickly at night and jump back in bed.
It stands rectangular in height with a base of 4.0" square with the glass sides slideable up/down to change your candle as needed. At 9.5" tall it is a great personal size savvy lantern. On the bottom I see stamped "ORLY" brand and some wording below that appears perhaps Swedish or European, educated guess. At least I can say NOT MADE IN CHINA. SO, it is an imported well crafted vintage lantern.
Condition Report:  Very good condition preowned for you from smoke free sutlery home. Deep yellow enamel type paint exterior. NO SCRATCHES OR DENTS. Hand Wash Only, and DO NOT leave unattended for safety as a general rule for ALL candle items.
