Offered here is a pressbook from the 1948 film noir, RACE STREET, with George Raft, William Bendix, and Marilyn Maxwell.  Directed by Edwin L. Marin (who helmed many Raft vehicles in the 1940s), Raft plays a bookie trying to go straight by opening a night club – you know that spells trouble.  When his friend is killed by the syndicate, Raft is out for revenge.  One of the better Raft noir films, with J. Roy Hunt’s cinematography and the San Francisco locations offering a lot of pop.  A solid RKO noir entry and a must for collectors of Raft or film noir.
This pressbook measures 11x17 and consists of 12 pages.  It is complete, uncut and and has never been folded. It is in fine to very fine condition. This pressbook rarely appears, so don’t let this one pass you by.
