MB104/4C RFT Opto Optocoupler
MB104/4C is a Single Optocoupler device in DIP-6 package. The optocoupler contains one InfraRed diode (IR LED) at the INPUT and one NPN Silicon phototransistor at the OUTPUT.
Made in Germany by RFT.
