Large Vintage Wall Mount Coat or Hat Rack Metal? Brass? Victorian?

This beautiful elaborate  rack I have been in the garage for several years and has aged so I don’t know what metal this is. I do know that it is a very heavy metal  honestly this photo makes it look very good but it's not fully hold color like this because of the aging I did not touch up the photo but it photographed as more gold everywhere than it looks to me ... It has holes to to mount it both at the top and at the bottom. Please see all photos there are six hooks on this.  I’m offering it at a reduced rate because it does need some sort of cleaning or refinishing in  color or metal finish you would want . it to be.  It is 11 inches high 11 inches wide and the deepest hook would hang out fromabout 9 inches deep from the wall ...And I want to add I am not joking but I would not hang this Anywhere but on a sturdy Area where it was screwed into wood I did not want this to fall on my head no joke Whatever metal this is it is a heavy metal Thanks for stopping by and good luck on your babe
