STOCK NUMBER 1803Before bidding, if you have any questions, please send us a message and we will respond the same day. Please note that all of our pressbook images are scanned directly from the pressbook up for auction. Scans allow you to see every imperfection if there are any, which is why we chose to scan our images rather than photograph them. This collection has been of the utmost importance to me and has been stored in a temperature controlled room for many years in a non-smoking home with 2 Hepa air filters and in the summer 2 industrial dehumidifiers, inside a protective bag. When scanning pressbooks, almost all of the images inside were printed to be "newspaper ready." Newspapers use a larger dot image to make up a photo or advertisement, so while scanning them for viewing here, some images look like there may be light lines or dots on faces and other parts of an image, please note this is a result of scanning, the actual images do not have that effect. Finally, you may wonder why many of our scans (pictures of the product) state in pink letters "PHOTO FOR EBAY" over some of the images. I have discovered that there were people copying these images and enlarging them and making prints to sell on auction web sites. So to prevent this illegal activity, we are forced to put some print over some of the better images, they are not on the items themselves.

Paramount Pictures PRESSBOOK for
"
ISN'T IT ROMANTIC
"
starring
Veronica Lake, Mona Freeman, Mary Hatcher
Pressbook is uncut. Pressbook has
never been folded
.
The one issue with this pressbook is that it has been in some type of binder in the past. So there is some wear along the spine, at the very edge only. Plus there are extremely small punches at the very left, not hole punched, these are very small punches right at the edge, way in the left of the blank border. Otherwise, the pressbook is near mint. See scans.
This pressbook is printed on a beautiful gloss paper. It is a studio original, we do not sell copies or reproductions.
PRESSBOOK NUMBER OF PAGES: 20
SIZE: 12" X 15"
YEAR: 1948 ORIGINAL RELEASE

ABOUT ME:
I have been a movie fan all of my life, my grandfather worked for both Universal and RKO, and my mother was an editor at Paramount. At age 8 I was taken to my grandfather's offices and saw piles of movie pressbooks stacked up. I have collected since I was 8. Over the years, when I obtained a pressbook, it would immediately go into a plastic bag and was taped shut so no air would get in. This was after I unfolded them, if they were folded. My father owned a furniture store which my grandfather opened in 1900, which I worked at for 10 years and the first thing and most important thing he taught me was customer relations, to treasure each and every customer, so I am an old-fashioned seller who cares about each sale, a "mom and pop" store. I am ALWAYS available to talk about anything you might be interested in from my store or our transaction as I check my Ebay mail almost every 2 hours during the day. Please don't hesitate to message me.
I WILL ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESSES!
