JUST in time for Summer collecting comes this wonderful repro SMALL cotton fabric Tavern Sign Accent Pillow for a country cupboard, a repro of a colonial tavern hanging sign named C. Grosvenor dated 1765 at bottom. Please take a tour of the item in pictures above starting with relative size in my hand

Shaped pillow is printed on front with horseback rider carrying a waving American flag trailing behind with the animal in a full prance position. On the back, soft aged maroon/tan coordinating cotton pillow ticking fabric is used, and has been gently plump stuffed to give dimension. It really looks like an old antique pillow tidbit, was was newly sewn to give a period 18th c appearance.
Pillow measures 7" by 5" in size about 1.5" thick, designed to tuck in a  shelf or old cupboard--Snag it, bag it quick pick!
